2.1 To open an ezi188 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active:

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) ezi188 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ezi188 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate Accounts.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). ezi188 will treat all activity performed using your login credentials as having been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ezi188 support immediately.
3.4 ezi188 will never contact you to request your password, full card number, or one-time passcode (OTP) via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ezi188 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.
3.5 Account credentials must not be shared with, or transferred to, any other person. You may not allow any third party to use your Account to place bets or otherwise access the platform.
4.1 ezi188 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders as part of its fraud-prevention and responsible gaming obligations. Identity verification may be requested at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at ezi188's discretion.

4.4 Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offense and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
All deposits to ezi188 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. ezi188 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by ezi188's payment processor.
ezi188 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit must match the verified name on your ezi188 Account. Deposits originating from mismatched accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and must use the same channel as the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified Accounts; VIP members may benefit from enhanced daily withdrawal caps as specified in their tier agreement.
ezi188 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for accounts with completed KYC during operational hours (06:00–23:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window. ezi188 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by bank or e-wallet system outages.
ezi188 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. If a withdrawal request is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, ezi188 may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation.
All Account transactions are conducted in IDR. ezi188 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ezi188 accepts no liability. Exchange-rate conversion is not offered — only IDR-denominated accounts are supported on ezi188.
6.1 ezi188 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a deposit of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
6.3 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses on ezi188 are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple Accounts, shared devices, or VPN services constitutes bonus abuse.
6.4 ezi188 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds that remain unclaimed or subject to incomplete wagering requirements after the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
6.5 Certain game types may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirements. Specifically: live casino wagers typically contribute 10%–20%, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) wagers may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain high-RTP slots may be excluded entirely. 6.6 ezi188 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if, in its reasonable judgment, a Player has exploited a technical error, engaged in arbitrage betting, or otherwise manipulated the terms of a promotion.
7.1 All bets placed on ezi188 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game. These rules are available within each game interface or betting market page. In all cases of ambiguity, ezi188's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
7.2 Sports Betting: ezi188 offers markets on BRI Liga 1 (including fixtures involving Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and other Indonesian clubs), UEFA Champions League, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, FIFA World Cup qualifying, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections; a void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg. Handicap (voor bola) and over/under markets follow industry-standard football betting rules unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Live Betting: Odds on in-play markets change in real time. A bet is confirmed only when ezi188's system returns a "Bet Accepted" confirmation. ezi188 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's end that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed.
7.4 Casino & Slots: Slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles and RNG table games are subject to the RTP figures published by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft). All results are generated by certified random-number generators and are independent of previous outcomes.
7.5 ezi188 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, or on markets that were offered due to a system error with clearly incorrect odds (i.e., odds that deviate materially from fair market value).
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on ezi188 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
8.2 Where ezi188 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all associated bets and transactions, forfeit all Account balances (including deposits), and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
9.1 ezi188 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through the Account settings at any time.
9.2 Self-exclusion is available to any player who feels that their gambling has become or may become problematic. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts on ezi188 or any affiliated platform.
9.3 ezi188 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21. If ezi188 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, it will suspend the Account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period before age verification is completed may be withheld.

10.1 All content on the ezi188 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of ezi188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ezi188.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezi188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
11.2 ezi188's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ezi188's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.1 ezi188 may suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.2 Upon termination for breach, ezi188 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including real-money deposits, where they are found to be connected with or derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is initiated by the Player in good standing (i.e., no breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 A Player wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact ezi188 support at [email protected] (email address for reading only — do not click). Closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
13.1 ezi188 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described therein.
13.2 ezi188 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the platform's servers. ezi188 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ezi188 is incorporated and licensed, as updated from time to time. Players acknowledge that ezi188 is an internationally operated platform and that local laws regarding online gambling vary.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents ezi188 from seeking urgent injunctive relief before any competent court to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
15.1 ezi188 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without advance notice.
15.2 Your continued use of the ezi188 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
